OUR STORY

Originally formed in 1935, by L.B. "Slats" Slater, the company quickly established itself as a premier appraisal company in the South Broward area. Over the years, L.B. Slater has added a residential sales group, a property management department and an elite commercial real estate sales and leasing team. "Slats" built the company through his hard work and by his reputation for honesty and integrity in his dealings. Those principles are still the cornerstone of our office philosopy today of always treating all of our customers fairly and looking out for their best interest, period.

Today L.B. Slater's office is located on Hollywood Boulevard just west of the FEC railroad tracks and just a short walk to Downtown Hollywood.
